REPTILES: The Beautiful and the Deadly is a large-scale traveling exhibition that introduces audiences to the class Reptilia in an exciting and compelling format. There is no substitute for living animals, and this exhibition features many of the world's most recognized reptiles - vipers, cobras, pythons, alligators, monitors, snapping turtles, etc. Visitors are introduced to the four major groups of modern reptiles with living dioramas, engaging interactives, and bold interpretive graphics (including superb photographs by internationally-known wildlife photographer Joe McDonald).

REPTILES: The Beautiful and the Deadly answers the fundamental questions, "What is a Reptile?, a Turtle?, a Crocodilian?, a Lizard? and a Snake?" Interpretive graphics and interactives focus on anatomy, behavior, ecology and conservation themes. An experienced zoo professional remains with the exhibition to care for the living collection and maintain safety protocols.
