Help for Technical Problems
Technology is wonderful, except when it's not working. It can be frustrating for students to have technical difficulties and not be able to access the course or information they need. To help alleviate frustrations:

Identify resources in your college or university where students can get help anytime, including weekends.

Have students choose designated "buddies" they can call on for help with technical problems.
