Herpetology Keeper / Lecturer – Requires excellent communication skills, willingness to work flexible hours, travel for extended periods and cross-train in all aspects of zoo operation. Responsibilities include care of a diverse collection of reptiles and amphibians, interacting with the visiting public and operation of off-site exhibitions. Previous animal care and public speaking experience are preferred. Landscape Maintenance – Requires an interest in plants and outdoor work. Both full and part-time positions are available for a hard working individual to maintain zoo grounds, pull weeds, mulch and plant. It would also require help in setting up our butterfly greenhouse for the season and with dinosaur exhibit landscape. Apply in person at Reptiland, Route 15, Allenwood.

Gift Shop/Zoo Admissions – Friendly, enthusiastic individuals may apply to Reptiland for the 2012 season. Both part and full-time seasonal positions are available. Includes, greeting guests upon arrival, ringing in admissions and gift sales, stocking merchandise, arranging displays and general cleaning and maintenance of zoo store and restroom facilities. Additional responsibilities include scheduling and hosting birthday parties and rotating coverage of butterfly greenhouse. Crocodile Creek Café – Friendly, enthusiastic individuals may apply to Reptiland for the 2012 season. Both full and part-time positions are available.
